Medhā exists because serious families deserve teaching that is personal, credentialed and honestly run. We are physics-led, deliberately small, and professionally administered.

The Sanskrit word captures the whole idea: understanding that lasts, not answers memorised for one paper. Every part of how we teach follows from it — pedigree faculty, genuinely small batches, and a curriculum built around depth rather than rote drilling.
We are a professionally administered institution — backed by a Chartered-Accountant firm’s compliance and billing backbone — not a freelance or marketplace tutor pool.

Chandraprakash “Giri Sir” Giri
Giri Sir leads the academic vision and the Physics Olympiad track. An ex-FIITJEE Delhi Physics faculty member with an IIM Calcutta background, he sets the teaching standard every mentor at Medhā is held to — and takes core Olympiad sessions himself.
Naval Dewangan
A Chartered Accountant, Naval leads finance, compliance and the academy’s long-term vision. His CA firm is the backbone behind Medhā’s billing and parent-communication standards — the reason this feels like an institution, not a side hustle.
Kamal Dewangan
Kamal leads brand, product and the technology that keeps teaching organised and transparent — from scheduling across time zones to the systems that keep parents genuinely informed about progress.
